In recent years some remarkable steps have been taken in Tehran in terms of construction of luxurious building, based on this Boland Valad Engineering Company has constructed one of its prominent buildings in northern Tehran.
Suitable location, great access and also observation of architectural principles
including separation of spaces, paying attention to exposure to natural light in
design, high ceilings and special care about common appurtenances along with
construction of welfare spaces (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, sports hall and
amphitheater) is some of the remarkable features of this project
